I had to extend the Swiftquilter for this queen size quilt. This is how it works. The first bar on the right holds the three layers together. The middle bar is for the quilt top and the third bar is for the backing. The batting goes in between the quilt top and the backing. I am still playing with the quilting designs. But with the frame is it so much easier to move around the quilt. I just have to adjust the roller bars!!

waahhhhhhh.....love it...hehehe..maybe i can send my quilt to you for quilting...
Hello Janovi,
a long time I never dropped by. As you know: time flies. Wow, great improvement your new swiftquilter. You are asking for maschine quilting hints like threads etc. Do you know Lea's homepage? You'll find a lot of very, very good advise there. The big disadvantag: you can get lost reading and reading and reading...
All the best for you and your experimenting period ahead of you.
